YINGCHUANG Fully Automatic Bi-Axial Shuttle Rotomolding Machine, Large Oven Rotational Molding Equipment For LLDPE Plastic Water Storage Tanks is automatic ferry shuttle rotational molding equipment independently developed by YINGCHUANG factory, specially designed for mass production of 1000L–50000L vertical and horizontal LLDPE plastic water storage tanks.
This machine is equipped with a large fully sealed insulated heating oven and two sets of heavy-duty alloy bi-axial rotating arms with independent high-torque drive motors. It adopts reciprocating shuttle circulation mode and self-developed industrial PLC touch screen full automatic control system, realizing unmanned automatic circulation of heating, heat preservation, cooling and mold replacement without idle waiting time, greatly improving continuous production efficiency of plastic water tanks. The oven is fully wrapped with thick high-density thermal insulation cotton and matched with multi-channel circulating hot air system, which keeps tiny internal temperature difference and makes LLDPE raw materials melt evenly, effectively reducing defects such as uneven wall thickness, cold spots and bubbles of finished water tanks. The whole machine adopts extra thick reinforced carbon steel integral welding frame, with strong anti-deformation performance under long-term full-load operation. We support customized oven size, rotating arm bearing capacity, heating power and air/water dual cooling system according to customer’s water tank mold specifications.

Full Automatic PLC Intelligent Control, Unattended Continuous Production
Equipped with industrial touch screen PLC control system, all production parameters such as heating temperature, holding time, rotation speed and cooling delay can be set visually on screen. Multiple groups of production process formulas can be stored, and one-click switching can be realized when changing different water tank molds to shorten debugging time.
Large Full Insulated Heating Oven, Uniform Heating With Small Temperature Difference
Spacious internal space adapts to all specifications of large water tank molds. Full surrounding thermal insulation structure reduces heat loss, circulating hot air covers all corners of the oven, ensures consistent wall thickness of thick-wall LLDPE water tanks and avoids liquid leakage risks.
Two reinforced alloy bi-axial arms with independent high-torque driving units, bidirectional low-vibration rotation prevents raw material stratification, the inner and outer surfaces of plastic water tanks are smooth without pits or chromatic aberration.
Shuttle Alternating Circulation Design, High Production Efficiency
Two arms shuttle alternately between heating cabin and cooling station, heating and cooling proceed synchronously without downtime, effectively increasing daily output of water tank factories.
Extra Thick Reinforced Integral Frame, Long-Term Stable Full-Load Operation
Integral thick carbon steel welded frame with stress relief treatment after welding, high structural rigidity, no vibration or deformation after long-time high-temperature cycle operation.
Complete Customization Service For All Water Tank Production Demands
Oven length, arm load, heating power and cooling mode can be customized according to customer workshop layout and water tank drawing requirements, reserved enough installation space for large complex multi-partition water tank molds.
