Product Overview

YINGCHUANG PLC Intelligent 3-Arm Automatic Carousel Rotomolding Machine, Rotary Rotational Molding Equipment For Colorful Plastic Cooler Box, Ice Box & Insulated Containers is a dedicated three-station carousel rotational molding machine independently developed by YINGCHUANG Rotomolding, specially customized for mass production of hollow insulated plastic products including colorful cooler boxes, ice boxes, outdoor ice buckets and thermal insulation containers.

This 3-arm carousel rotomolder adopts integrated rotary turntable layout with three independent rotating arms, equipped with separated heating station, cooling station and mold loading/unloading station to realize synchronous circulation operation without downtime waiting. Equipped with industrial PLC touch screen full automatic control system, the whole production process of heating, heat preservation, cooling and mold replacement can run unattended. It features moderate heating space and precise constant temperature heating system, perfectly matching small & medium-sized molds for various insulated coolers, ice storage boxes and portable thermal containers. Each rotating arm is equipped with independent high-torque drive motor, running stably with low vibration to ensure uniform melting of colored LLDPE raw materials, guaranteeing bright and uniform surface color of finished cooler boxes. We support full OEM customization of arm load, heating power, air/water cooling mode, PLC program logic and auxiliary mold racks according to customers’ cooler box production line demands.

    Three independent rotating arms work simultaneously at heating, cooling and feeding stations. Molding, cooling and mold change proceed at the same time without idle waiting, greatly shortening single cooler box forming cycle and improving daily output of insulated plastic product manufacturers.

    Industrial PLC central control system with touch screen HMI, all parameters including heating time, cooling time, rotating speed and heating temperature can be set visually on screen. The machine automatically completes full circulation production without frequent manual operation, effectively cutting labor cost and human error rate.
  3. Precise Constant Temperature Hot Air Circulation Heating, Uniform Color For Colorful Cooler Boxes

    Optimized multi-channel hot air circulation heating cabin with tiny internal temperature difference, colored plastic raw materials melt evenly inside molds, avoiding color difference, flow marks and surface defects of colorful cooler boxes and ice boxes, stable finished product appearance quality.
  4. Independent Drive Motor For Each Arm, Smooth Low-Vibration Rotation

    Every rotating arm is fitted with separate heavy-duty drive assembly, stable dual-axis rotation with small vibration, which prevents raw material stratification and uneven wall thickness of thin-wall portable ice boxes and small insulated containers.
  5. Compact Integrated Turntable Layout, Save Workshop Space

    All three working stations are integrated on one rotary base, small floor occupation compared with shuttle rotomolding machines, suitable for medium and small cooler box processing factories with limited workshop area.
  6. Complete Safety Protection & Full Customizable Configuration

    Surrounded metal mesh safety isolation fence prevents collision hazards during operation. Rotating arm bearing capacity, heating power, cooling mode and PLC automatic program can be fully customized to match diversified production demands of various sizes and colorful styles of cooler boxes, ice buckets and insulated containers.
