Product Overview

Intelligent PLC Controlled CC-3A-2000 Three-Arm Rotomolding Machine, Customizable Rotary Plastic Production Line Equipment is a three-station carousel rotomolding machine independently designed and manufactured by YINGCHUANG Rotomolding. Equipped with full intelligent PLC automatic control system, the machine adopts three independent rotating arm rotary circulation layout, integrating heating station, cooling station and mold loading/unloading station on one integrated rotary turntable. Three stations run synchronously without idle downtime to realize continuous automatic cyclic production, greatly improving the overall production efficiency of small and medium-sized hollow plastic product processing factories.

This CC-3A-2000 three-arm rotary rotomolding machine has compact floor space and strong mold compatibility, applicable to mass production of plastic leisure chairs, hollow plastic toys, miniature plastic storage containers, small cleaning equipment housings and other medium-small hollow plastic parts. Each rotating arm is fitted with independent high-torque drive motor and speed reducer for stable, jitter-free rotation during long-time high-temperature operation. The heating cabin adopts optimized hot air circulation design with independent constant temperature control module, uniform internal heating and precise temperature adjustment to lower defective rate. All core configurations including arm load, heating power, air/water cooling mode and PLC program logic support full OEM customization to match customers’ workshop layout and diversified product processing demands.

    Adopts industrial PLC central control system with touch screen human-machine interface, one-click automatic cycle operation. Users can set heating time, cooling time, rotating speed and temperature parameters directly on the screen; the machine automatically completes heating, heat preservation, cooling and mold reset without manual intervention, lowering labor cost and operation error rate.
  2. Three-Arm Three-Station Synchronous Circulation, High Continuous Output

    Three rotating arms work simultaneously at heating, cooling and feeding stations, molding, cooling and mold replacement proceed at the same time with no waiting cycle, greatly shortening single product forming cycle and lifting factory daily output.
  3. Integrated Rotary Turntable Structure, Save Workshop Space

    All three working stations are integrated on one thickened steel rotary base, compact overall layout with smaller floor occupation than shuttle rotomolding machines, ideal for medium and small factories with limited workshop area.
  4. Independent Drive For Each Arm, Smooth Uniform Rotation

    Every rotating arm is equipped with separate heavy-duty drive assembly, stable rotation speed and low vibration. Plastic raw materials melt evenly inside molds to effectively avoid bubbles, depressions and other surface defects of finished plastic products.
  5. Fully Customizable Configuration & Complete Safety Protection

Machine parameters including rotating arm bearing capacity, heating power, cooling mode and PLC control program can be fully customized. Surrounded metal mesh safety isolation fence is installed around the whole machine to prevent collision hazards during running, improve workshop operation safety; compatible with all kinds of medium-small hollow plastic product molds.
