The mold adopts thickened integral cast aluminum alloy structure, split flange combined design, matched with multi-clamp locking frame, with good thermal conductivity, uniform heating and long service life. Supporting customized metal locking frame with lifting lugs, the frame tightly fixes each mold section to prevent mold expansion and deformation under high-temperature rotation. It can be matched with various rotary molding machines for stable long-time batch production.
