The Yingchuang OEM Rotomolded Kayak Mold, Thick Cast Aluminum Split Rotational Mould With Quick Clamp Frame For Plastic Fishing Canoe Production is a split rotomolding mold independently developed and produced by Yingchuang Rotomolding. The mold adopts thickened cast aluminum alloy cavity with high mirror polishing, matched with multi-group quick-release lock clamps and integrated steel support frame. The streamline hull inner cavity is formed at one time, featuring uniform heating, smooth product surface and stable wall thickness. It is widely used in mass production of sit-on-top fishing kayaks, double-seat leisure canoes and outdoor water sports plastic boats. We provide OEM drawing customization service; mold length, width, seat structure, fishing rod holder and internal hollow layout can be adjusted according to customer design requirements.
The whole mold cavity is cast from high-purity thick aluminum, polished to mirror finish inside. Fast and even heat conduction during rotomolding avoids shrinkage marks, bubbles and uneven wall thickness on kayak surface, greatly improving finished product yield and appearance quality.

Fast opening and closing after high-temperature forming, smooth inner cavity effectively reduces PE material adhesion, shortens single production cycle and boosts daily output.
Integrated Reinforced Steel Support Frame, Anti-Deformation & Safe Rotation
Equipped with all-welded steel frame wrapping the mold edge, the frame locks each mold section tightly to prevent mold expansion and deformation under long-term high-temperature rotation. Multiple lifting lugs are reserved for integral matching with all kinds of rotomolding machines.
