This machine is equipped with a full-length 6.5m sealed insulated heating oven, matched with heavy-duty double bi-axial rotating arms, each arm with independent high-torque bi-axial drive system, capable of installing large customized electrolyte tank molds. Adopt reciprocating shuttle circulation working mode, cooperate with industrial PLC touch screen full automatic intelligent control system, realize synchronous automatic circulation of heating, heat preservation, cooling and mold replacement without manual waiting downtime, greatly improve continuous production efficiency of energy storage tanks. The 6.5m extra long oven adopts full-surround high-density thick thermal insulation cotton and multi-group circulating hot air uniform heating system, tiny internal temperature difference, uniform melting of anti-corrosion LLDPE raw materials, effectively solve defects such as uneven wall thickness, local thin walls, cold spots and bubble leakage of large electrolyte storage tanks. The whole machine frame adopts ultra-thick reinforced carbon steel integral welding, stable structure and strong anti-deformation performance under long-term full-load operation. We support full customization of tank volume, internal anti-corrosion structure, partition layout and mold size according to customers’ energy storage system technical requirements, all equipment parameters, arm load and heating power can be adjusted to match customized energy storage tank molds of various specifications.
