YINGCHUANG CS-3A-3500 Three-Arm Shuttle Rotomolding Machine, Fully Automatic Multi-Station Rotational Molding Equipment For PE Water Tanks & Industrial Plastic Containers is high-efficiency multi-arm shuttle rotational molding equipment independently developed by Changzhou YINGCHUANG factory, model CS-3A-3500, equipped with 3 independent bi-axial rotating arms and 3500mm inner diameter large insulated heating oven, certified with CE & ISO9001 standard.
This machine adopts linear shuttle rail structure, each arm can run independently without mutual interference, matched with self-developed industrial PLC touch screen full automatic control system. While one arm enters the oven for heating and forming, the other two arms can complete mold loading, cooling and demoulding synchronously, greatly improving equipment utilization and daily output. The 3500mm large-diameter sealed oven is fully wrapped with thick high-density thermal insulation cotton, equipped with Italian imported high-stability burner and multi-group circulating hot air system, tiny internal temperature difference ensures uniform melting of PE/LLDPE raw materials, effectively reduce defects such as uneven wall thickness, cold spots and bubbles of large hollow plastic products. The whole machine frame adopts extra thick reinforced carbon steel integral welding with post-welding stress relief heat treatment, stable and anti-deformation under long-time alternating heavy-load operation. It supports natural gas, liquefied gas and diesel three heating fuel modes, can produce maximum 7000L PE storage tanks, widely used for mixed production of water tanks, chemical barrels, septic tanks and floating bodies. We support full customization of arm length, oven heating power, cooling system and mold auxiliary fixtures according to customer production demands.

Self-Developed Industrial PLC Full Automatic Touch Screen Control
Independent touch screen PLC operating system, visual parameter setting of oven temperature, holding time, bi-axis rotation speed, air/water mist cooling delay; store hundreds of groups of product craft formulas, one-click switching of different product processes to shorten mold debugging time. Complete safety interlock and real-time fault self-diagnosis function to guarantee production safety.
Stable Circulating Hot Air Heating System, Low Energy Consumption Uniform Molding
Imported high-performance burner + full surrounding circulating hot air structure, 150–200mm thick thermal insulation layer reduces heat loss, small temperature difference inside oven, guarantee consistent wall thickness of thick-wall PE products and avoid liquid leakage risk. Support multi fuel heating: natural gas, LPG, diesel.
