The electrical heating injection molding machine utilizes electric heating to directly or indirectly heat the mold. Through the rotation of two axes, plastic powder melts and coats the inner wall of the mold to form seamless hollow products. This rolling molding equipment emphasizes precise temperature control, environmental protection, and cleanliness, making it ideal for high-precision manufacturing applications.
Core Principles and Process
Operating Principle: The mold rotates along two perpendicular axes (revolution + rotation) within a closed heating chamber. Electrical energy is converted into heat energy via electric heating tubes or IR elements and evenly transferred to the mold. Plastic powder melts and adheres layer by layer during the combined motion, then cools and sets to form the final product.
Typical Process Sequence:
  • Loading (PE/PP/PA powder materials)
  • Dual-axis heating rotation (200-350℃, 5-20rpm)
  • Forced air cooling or water cooling
  • Unloading and product removal
