The mold cavity utilizes high-density cast aluminum with stable, uniform thermal conductivity to ensure consistent wall thickness of plastic boat hulls while eliminating common molding defects such as surface bubbles, cold spots, and uneven wall thickness during rotomolding production.
The integrated heavy carbon steel lifting frame includes standard lifting lugs, while multiple stainless steel quick release clamps distributed around the parting surface enable fast locking and quick opening after demoulding. All mold surfaces feature sandblasting anti-oxidation treatment for high temperature resistance, deformation prevention during long-term cyclic heating, and easy cleaning of residual plastic materials.
