The mold cavity adopts integrated thick cast aluminum forming technology, matched with fully welded heavy-duty carbon steel surrounding support frame and multiple groups of heavy steel quick-release lock latches. This cast aluminum rotational mold is specially applied for mass production of large-capacity LLDPE plastic water storage tanks, widely used to produce vertical underground water tanks, industrial water containers, domestic drinking water storage tanks and chemical liquid storage barrels. We provide full OEM customization service based on customer finished tank drawings, supporting adjustment of tank volume, wall thickness, external reinforcing rib layout, manhole and pipe opening positions, overall mold dimension and inner cavity radian. The cast aluminum cavity delivers balanced thermal conductivity and smooth forming surface, ensuring consistent wall thickness and neat appearance of plastic water tanks during long-term mass production, effectively reducing post-processing polishing and trimming work.
One-piece thick cast aluminum inner cavity realizes balanced heat distribution in the rotomolding oven, eliminating local overheating or incomplete melting problems. The molded plastic water tank has flat surface without pits, and demoulding is smooth without adhesion. CNC precision polishing is processed on the cavity to reduce later finishing procedures of finished tanks.
