This seamless thick HDPE rotomolded float is a single-piece rotational molding floating pontoon manufactured by our professional rotomolding facility. The entire float body utilizes thickened seamless HDPE rotomolding technology with a closed hollow thick-wall structure that eliminates connecting buckles and splicing joints. Made from modified anti-corrosion, anti-UV HDPE raw material, it delivers stable waterproof and buoyancy performance suitable for long-term use in seawater, lake water, and river water applications.

Closed Hollow Integrated Design: Integral closed hollow structure forms independent floating units with balanced buoyancy and uniform load-bearing capacity. Can be fixed by ropes or steel frames according to project requirements for water buffer, isolation, and floating support applications.
