Poor structural strength leading to mould deformation
Conventional steel moulds often deform after repeated high-temperature cycles, resulting in dimensional errors of the finished septic tank. Our high-grade thick carbon steel mould with reinforced rib design ensures structural stability and no deformation even after long-term continuous production.
