OEM ODM Rotomoulding Mold for HDPE Fuel Tank & Industrial Plastic Oil Container is a high-precision rotational mould independently designed and manufactured by SUNMORE factory. It is specially used for one-piece rotomolding of HDPE fuel tanks, equipment oil containers and agricultural machinery fuel vessels. Made of high-quality cast aluminum alloy, this mould features excellent thermal conductivity, uniform heat distribution and strong corrosion resistance. It is suitable for mass production of various specifications of fuel tanks, meeting the diverse needs of agricultural machinery, engineering equipment, garden machinery and industrial vehicles.
Poor thermal conductivity leading to uneven wall thickness: Conventional moulds often have uneven heating, resulting in thin and weak areas on the fuel tank that are prone to cracking or leakage. Our high-grade aluminum alloy mould ensures uniform heat transfer, making the tank wall thickness consistent and pressure-resistant.
Rough inner cavity affecting sealing performance: Ordinary moulds may leave scratches or burrs on the tank surface, which can affect the sealing and durability of the fuel tank. Our precision CNC machined mould produces smooth, burr-free fuel tanks with high surface quality directly from the mould.
Difficult demoulding and low production efficiency: Complex mould structures can make demoulding slow and damage the product, especially for tanks with complex shapes. Our optimized split design with quick-release clamps allows for fast assembly, disassembly and demoulding, significantly improving production efficiency.
