process

1. Multi-media filter: adopts multi-layer filter media. The main purpose is to remove sediment, rust, colloidal substances, suspended solids and other substances with a particle size of 20 microns or more in the raw water.

2. Activated carbon filter: the system adopts coconut/fruit shell activated carbon, which has the function of efficient adsorption; greatly improves the degree of purification of produced water; and has remarkable performance in removing odor, organic matter, color, colloid, iron and residual chlorine in water.

3. Water softener: adopts cation exchange resin, uses resin to adsorb calcium and magnesium ions in water, and prevents them from crystallizing and precipitating at the end of reverse osmosis membrane.

4. Scale inhibitor dosing device: put a certain amount of scale inhibitor to improve the solubility and prevent carbonate, silicate and sulfate from crystallizing and precipitating at the end of reverse osmosis membrane.

5. Precision filter: 5 micron polypropylene meltblown cartridge is used to prevent the surface of the membrane from being damaged by impurities larger than 5 microns leaking from the upper filtration unit.

6. RO reverse osmosis membrane: the core component of reverse osmosis equipment. Adopting membrane separation technology to remove bacteria, viruses, etc. from the water.
