Product Description:
This product is a two-ton high-efficiency seawater desalination system, using advanced reverse osmosis (RO) membrane technology, designed to solve the fresh water needs in coastal areas, offshore work platforms, island tourism development and industrial production. The system is compact in structure, small in size, easy to install, and can continuously and stably produce fresh water, with a daily water volume of up to two tons. The system integrates pretreatment system, desalination and desalination system, chemical cleaning system and intelligent control system to ensure pure water quality and meet various water needs.

High efficiency desalination: The use of high-performance reverse osmosis membrane, desalinization rate of up to 99.8%, effectively remove salt, suspended matter, colloids, organic matter, metal ions and microorganisms in seawater impurities, water salinity less than 600ppm, excellent water quality.
Energy saving and environmental protection: The system has low energy consumption and economic operating costs. At the same time, equipped with energy recovery device, recovery rate of more than 98%, make full use of concentrated water pressure energy, reduce energy waste.
Maintance:
Anti-corrosion treatment: Due to the strong corrosion of seawater, equipment and system valves in contact with seawater should be made of corrosion-resistant materials. Check the corrosion of equipment and pipelines regularly, and take anti-corrosion measures in time.
Pressure test: Periodically perform pressure tests on the system to ensure that the system can withstand normal working pressure and prevent equipment damage and safety accidents caused by abnormal pressure.
