Tips for skipping rope

Place the rope on the ground, with your legs shoulder-width apart, and squat down so that the rope is vertical between your legs. Bend your elbows and extend your palms outward, parallel to the ground. Move your feet up and down, a few inches off the ground (football training mode), and try to speed yourself up as much as possible. Keep exercising for 20 seconds.
Lean over the right end of the rope, do 5 push-ups, and then stand. Repeat the action.
