Q1: Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we are direct manufacturer. Our factory is located in Dongguan city, which is famous for being called the workshop of the world. It only takes less than an hour driving or traveling from Guangzhou and Shenzhen city to our factory.
Q2: How can I get the sample?
For samples we have in stock, we can offer them to you for free. You just need to pay the express freight. For samples that need to be customized, we can make samples according to your requirements. You need to pay the sample charges and mould charges if any.
Q3: How do you ensure the quality of the products?
From film blowing, printing, film folding, bag making, to final packing, in every production procedure, we have strict full inspection standard for QC. Also, we will have another team of QC to do the final random inspection of finished products, and we can do full inspection for all of the finished products according to customers' requirements.
Q4: What is your after sale service policy?
I. Within 20 days after receiving the goods, please contact us if there is any quality problem. Otherwise we will deem it as an acceptance for the quality of this batch of goods.
II. The reasonable defective rate is below 3%. For NG products within 3% cannot be refundable, and cannot do replenishment.
III. For other quality problems, we will try our best to offer the adequate solution to our customers, including replenishment, refund, and so forth.

Q6: When we help you create the artwork, what kind of format is available for printing?
- Common format: PDF, CDR, AI, PSD
- Bleed size 1-2mm
- Resolution: not less than 120DPI and the higher, the better.
