Yes, we are direct manufacturers. Our factory is located in Dongguan city, known as the workshop of the world. We are conveniently located less than an hour from Guangzhou and Shenzhen cities.
Q2: How can I get the sample?
For in-stock samples, we offer them free of charge - you only pay express freight. For custom samples, we produce according to your requirements with applicable sample and mold charges.
Q3: How do you ensure the quality of the products?
We implement strict quality control throughout production: film blowing, printing, film folding, bag making, and final packing. Final random inspection of finished products is conducted, with full inspection available upon customer request.
Q4: What is your after sale service policy?
Quality issues must be reported within 20 days of receipt. Reasonable defective rate is below 3%. For quality problems, we provide adequate solutions including replenishment and refund.
Q5: What information should I provide for a quotation?
Please provide: product size (Width × Length × Thickness), material specifications, printing artwork or logo, quantity requirements, and reference pictures or design sketches if available.
Q6: What file formats are available for printing artwork?
We accept common formats: PDF, CDR, AI, PSD. Include 1-2mm bleed size and ensure resolution is not less than 120DPI (higher resolution preferred).
Q7: How do you ship the finished products?
We ship via sea freight or air freight, depending on your requirements and delivery timeline.
