Description of the low temperature water cooled water chillers,
The low temperature water-cooled water chillers use a single closed-loop design for pressurized refrigerant. All models are equipped with compressor and motor overload protection, phase shortage and reversal alarms, anti-freeze thermostat, pressure gauges, etc. They feature excellent performance and a long lifespan. The series of working flow is based on the basic principle of heat exchange. It is applicable to the industry that requires flow of precisely controlled chilled water, and considered as indispensable equipment for modern industry.
Features of the low temperature water-cooled water chillers,
LOW TEMPERATURE CHILLER FEATURE
1.Selected world class famous compressor for low-temperature refrigeration
2.Environment-friendly refrigerant R407C,R134A,R410A,etc,no harm to the ozone field and provide excellent cooling effects.
3.Options for temperature range: chilled water between – 5℃-30℃(depending on production needs to adopt different system configurations)
4. According to different needs, optional for various of cooling medium (chilled water): ethylene glyco, clcohol, alcohol ternary mixture etc.; the evaporator designed as anti-corrosive and with calcium chloride water.
5. Designed for 24 hours non-stop working condition to provide continuous cold source for all kinds of production processes.
6. Cooling system can be built with cold water tank and circulating pump, no need for cooling tower and cooling water pumps-easy installation and maintenance.
7. Equipped with various safety devices, providing stable performance with low noise and long life; LCD control panel enables simple and easy operations with visions of working conditions.
