Overview:

The incineration boiler is a full-process integrated equipment, covering waste gas incineration, waste heat recovery and terminal purification. Its core combustion system achieves efficient decomposition of organic matter and pollutant control through staged combustion and SNCR denitrification; the tail adopts multi-stage heat recovery and steam parameter optimization technology, combined with wet electrostatic precipitator terminal treatment, to ensure efficient energy conversion and ultra-low emissions, adapting to the needs of industrial scenarios with strict environmental protection standards.

Product  Introduction:

The incinerator equipment is an integrated waste gas incineration-waste heat recovery-end purification system. The special burner adopts the staged combustion + SNCR denitrification technology to ensure that the organic matter burnout rate in the waste gas is greater than 99.9% and the NOx emission is less than 50mg/Nm³. The tail flue is equipped with a double evaporator expansion design, with 133℃ high feed water temperature preheating, and precise control of steam parameters (temperature fluctuation ±5℃) under 4.3MPa high pressure. The flue gas is cooled by the economizer and connected to the wet electrostatic precipitator to meet the GB13271 ultra-low emission standard.
