(1) Good temperature resistance
About 2/3 of the strength of the pipe is assumed by the continuous fiber prepreg belt and other fibers, and the temperature
resistance is improved as a whole. Different basic materials can be selected according to different requirements, -40 < T ≤110℃.

resistance performance is greatly improved, DN≤75mm, PN≥32MPa. 75mm < DN≤600mm PN≥4MPa.

(3) strong corrosion resistance
The internal and external surface of the pipe has the same anti-corrosion performance, wear resistance, smooth inner wall, small transmission resistance, no scaling, no wax, acid, alkali, salt corrosion resistance, corrosion resistance of CO2, H2S, natural gas, gas. The linear expansion coefficient of ordinary carbon steel is 12×10-6(1/℃), glass fiber reinforced plastic is 16×10-6(1/℃), steel skeleton 35×10-6(1/℃), flexible composite pipe 17×10-6(1/℃), bonded solid wall continuous composite pipe is 15×10-6(1/℃), and the expansion coefficient is small, which is close to that of ordinary carbon steel pipe. (10) High barrier, anti-gas penetration
Barrier polymer materials can be added into the lining layer according to requirements to increase the barrier performance,prevent gas penetration, and improve the safety of high sulfur and high corrosion natural gas transportation.

For the same pressure grade, the weight is 1/7 of metal pipe, 1/2 of fiberglass, 2/3 of other flexible pipe.
