Introduction:
• PTFE rubber cladding gasket is made of EPDM + PTFE double-sided composite, a kind of gasket can be used in food, chemical, pharmaceutical environment, at the same time, combined with PTFE temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance and EPDM excellent elasticity, greatly enhance the service life of gasket. Pharmaceutical and food processing unit used in pipe valves, and pipe flow medium need use acid lotion to wash frequently, to ensure the cleanliness of pipe, to ensure production of food grade high demand. Ordinary gasket adopts single PTFE material, effectively prevent the erosion of acid liquid, however, due to the general elasticity of the material itself, the high frequency of use, resulting in a low product life.
• PTFE cladding gasket is different from single PTFE gasket, in the case of effective corrosion resistance, at the same time has ozone resistance of ethylene propylene ternary rubber, high temperature resistance, steam resistance and excellent elastic retention at low temperature and high temperature. This kind of gasket has complicated machining processes. Although the advertisements in the domestic market are uneven, the real quality and appearance are very few. the reason is that PTFE with rubber adhesion of control is not good, will greatly affect the appearance and practicability of the gasket. First, material pressing inequality, appearance is not smooth, the second is in the process of long time of use, there may be a variety of situations such as spacer separation or early spacer damage.
