The open rubber mixing mill was developed by our engineering team for use in rubber and rubber product industrial applications. Advantages and characteristics of open two roll rubber mixing mill
 
1. The overall bottom plate is easy to install. The transmission mode is single-shaft output to ensure large torque. The imported bearing reduces friction to ensure power-saving and low noise. The thickness of the rubber is uniform and parallel and controllable.
 
2. The roller is made of vanadium-titanium alloy chilled cast iron, and has undergone anti-corrosion treatment. The surface of the roller is hard, wear-resistant, and durable. The inner cavity of the roller is precisely machined to ensure that the roller body cools quickly and evenly.
 
3. The machine adopts manual distance adjustment, digital display, precise thickness adjustment, convenient operation, and high safety factor.
4. The machine is equipped with emergency braking. When an emergency occurs, there are emergency switches at the four corners, which is convenient for multi-position braking, and it is convenient for the machine to stop quickly. And immediately reverse outward.
 
5. The transmission device adopts a hard tooth surface reducer, with a compact structure, large transmission torque, and low noise.
 
6. The cooling device is closed, which has the advantage of cooling in place and protecting or reducing the pollution of the circulating water source.
 
7. The machine adopts automatic refueling reminder, and the automatic refueling device is the advantage of ensuring long-term oil supply to the transmission parts, making up for the serious consequences of manual refueling and forgetting to replenish the parts.
8. We adopt the latest national safety standards 'GB20055-2006 Open Mill Safety Standards', which are generally the same as European CE Standards. The braking length of the roller is 1/6 rotation, maximizing safety.
 
9. Electronic control cabinet is placed on the base which provides convenience for adjustment and installation. Once connected with a dynamic power, cooling water and lubrication oil for reducer, the rubber mixing mill can operate without issue.
