Suitable for large-sized, high-density, thick rubber blocks, or multi-cavity high-capacity molds
Greater clamping force, denser pressing, avoiding glue shortage and bubbles
II. Recommended Configuration for Rubber Blocks
Number of Layers: Prefer 2 layers (standard) or 4 layers (efficient)
4-layer machine: Can place 4 sets of molds at once, production capacity doubles
Pressure:
Common rubber blocks (NR/SBR/EPDM): 100 tons is sufficient
High hardness, thick products, fluorine rubber blocks: Recommended 160–200 tons
Heating Method: Electric heating (Precise temperature control, simple installation, low maintenance)
