2RT mold opening rubber vulcanizer has the following characteristics:
- Structure and mold opening method
- It mostly adopts a sturdy frame or four-column structure to provide stable support. "Mold opening" is its key feature. Unlike traditional closed mold vulcanizers, it can easily open the mold after vulcanization. This design makes it more efficient to pick and place products, especially for rubber products with complex structures and easy to adhere to the mold after molding, which can reduce demolding damage and improve production rhythm.
- Heating system
- It is often equipped with a high-efficiency electric heating device, and the electric heating wire is evenly distributed inside the hot plate. After turning on the heating, the temperature of the hot plate rises rapidly, and the temperature control accuracy can reach ±1℃, which can meet the temperature requirements of natural rubber, synthetic rubber and other diverse rubber materials from tens to more than 200 degrees Celsius during vulcanization, ensuring that the rubber molecules are evenly cross-linked and shaping ideal performance.
- Hydraulic drive
- Relying on the hydraulic system to generate strong power, the movable crossbeam is driven to complete the mold closing and mold opening actions. The hydraulic pump outputs a stable pressure, which is precisely amplified by the hydraulic cylinder. Whether it is gentle mold closing to adapt to thin rubber products or high-pressure mold closing to handle thick rubber blocks, it can be precisely controlled to ensure that the vulcanization pressure is evenly applied.
- Control and Automation
- Many 2RT mold opening vulcanizers are integrated with PLC control systems, and operators can intuitively set the vulcanization time, temperature, and pressure parameters on the operation panel. Under the automated process, the equipment accurately performs each link of mold closing, heating, pressure holding, and mold opening according to the preset program, reducing labor costs, and can also store multiple sets of process data for convenient and fast switching of production tasks.
- Safety Protection
- The safety device is complete, the emergency brake button is within reach, and the machine will stop immediately in case of sudden failure; the guardrail and light curtain surround the equipment to prevent operators from accidentally entering the work area, ensuring operation safety and improving the safety of human-machine interaction.
- Application fields
- Suitable for the production of fine rubber products, such as high-end watch straps and rubber buttons of precision electronic instruments.
