Rubber Sealing Ring Making Machine

1. Common Types

1.1 Compression Molding Machine

It uses mechanical force to press the heated and softened rubber material through a mold, shaping it into the required sealing ring. 2. Working Principle

3. Structural Composition

3.3 Forming System

3.4 Control System

Composed of an electrical control cabinet, PLC controller, operation panel, etc., it is used to control the operating parameters of the making machine, such as temperature, pressure, speed, time, etc., realizing the automated operation and monitoring of the equipment. Operators can set and adjust various parameters through the operation panel, and the PLC controller controls the actions of various components according to the preset program.

3.5 Cooling System

Generally, it adopts air - cooling or water - cooling methods to cool the formed rubber sealing ring and make it set quickly. The air - cooling system blows cold air onto the sealing ring through a fan, while the water - cooling system removes heat through circulating water.

3.6 Feeding Device
