Uses of rubber mill

1. Rubber mill can be used for plasticizing natural rubber. 6. It can prepare a masterbatch of rubber. 7. It can be used to mix rubber and pigments to formulate rubber materials with different colors to meet the requirements of rubber products in appearance and color. It is widely used in the production of rubber products such as toys and decorations.

8. Realize the recycling of waste rubber. The waste rubber is crushed and plasticized on the open mill to restore its plasticity and processing performance to a certain extent, realize the recycling and reuse of waste rubber, and reduce production costs and resource waste.

9. Used for mixing special rubbers, such as silicone rubber, fluororubber and other rubbers with special properties. The open mill can accurately mix them with the corresponding compounding agents to give full play to the unique properties of special rubbers, and apply them to high-end fields such as aerospace and electronics.

10. It can mix rubber and fiber materials, mix reinforcing materials such as short fibers with rubber on the open mill, improve the strength, tear resistance and other mechanical properties of rubber products, and is often used in the manufacture of tires, conveyor belts and other products.

11. Used for blending rubber and resin, so that the performance advantages of rubber and resin complement each other, such as improving the oil resistance and weather resistance of rubber, and broadening the application range of rubber products.
