1. Core functions of solid tire vulcanizers
Solid tire vulcanizers must meet the following requirements:
High-pressure vulcanization (15-25MPa) ensures that the rubber and the rim are tightly bonded.
Sectional heating (the temperature of the tread and sidewall can be independently controlled).
Quick demoulding (solid tires have no inner cavity and require special mold design).
2. Main types of solid tire vulcanizers
(1) Flat plate vulcanizer (molding type)
Applicable products: small and medium-sized solid tires (such as forklift tires, AGV tires).
Working principle:
Put the preformed rubber into the mold and pressurize and heat the upper and lower plates (temperature 150-180℃).
Vulcanization time is adjusted according to thickness (usually 30-90 minutes).

(2) Injection vulcanizer
