Working Principle of Vulcanizing Machine
The vulcanizing machine processes rubber products by heating them to specific temperatures, initiating vulcanization reactions that impart heat resistance, cold resistance, and aging resistance properties.
Heating: Internal heating elements (electric heaters or steam heaters) reach set temperatures and transfer heat to vulcanization molds and rubber products
Vulcanization Mold Adjustment: Appropriate molds are selected and fixed to ensure even heating during the vulcanization process
Installation of Rubber Products: Products are installed in molds with precise size and shape matching for consistency
Pressurization: Hydraulic or pneumatic systems apply pressure to ensure full mold contact and uniform thickness
Vulcanization: Cross-linking of rubber molecules occurs under controlled temperature and pressure, enhancing strength and durability
Cooling: Water or cooling systems stabilize vulcanized products after the reaction
Product Removal: Vulcanized rubber products are removed after cooling completion
