PTFE Lining Stainless Steel Wire Braided Corrugated Metal Flex Tube
Metal Flex Tube is a high-performance flexible hose combining a PTFE inner lining with a corrugated stainless steel hose and external stainless steel wire braid. The PTFE liner provides excellent chemical resistance, low friction, and high temperature stability, while the corrugated stainless steel structure ensures flexibility and pressure resistance. The outer stainless steel braid enhances mechanical strength and protects against vibration, fatigue, and external damage. This product is widely used in chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food, and high-purity fluid transfer systems.
Performance of Metal Flex Tube
The main elastic element of flexible expansion joint is stainless steel bellows. Through the expansion and bending of bellows, the flexible expansion joint the pipeline in axial, transverse and angular directions. Flexible expansion joint can play the following roles:
1. Metal Flex Tube absorbs the axial, transverse and angular thermal deformation of the pipeline.
