Fluroelastomer FD-401NC
FD-401NC is a fluoroelastomer precompound which includes copolymer of hexa-fluoropropylene and vinylidene-fluoride, curatives. Calcium hydroxide is not required, eliminating problems caused by Calcium hydroxide such as dispersion and hygroscopy.
Designed for bonding seals such as crank shaft seals and valve stem seals.

FD-401NC can be compounded with internal mixers or two-roll mills with standard fillers and other ingredients used in typical fluoroelastomer formulations. All dry ingredients should be blended before adding to the rubbery solid. Full cooling should be maintained during compounding, and the compound should be cooled quickly after mixing.
FD-401NC is packed with PE film in carton. The weight is 20kg net per carton.
