FD-601E is a wide molecular weight distribution fluoroelastomer precompound containing copolymer of hexafluoropropylene and vinylidene-fluoride with curatives. Designed for compression molding products including O-rings, V-rings, and gaskets.

FD-601E can be compounded with internal mixers or two-roll mills using standard fillers and ingredients typical for fluoroelastomer formulations. All dry ingredients should be blended before adding to the rubbery solid. Maintain full cooling during compounding and cool the compound quickly after mixing.
FD-601E is packed with PE film in cartons, with 20kg net weight per carton.
