The pure copper conductor is electroplated with tin on the surface, which forms a dense "physical barrier", completely preventing the contact between the copper substrate and external corrosive media, thus avoiding oxidation and sulfidation reactions.

Pure copper conductors have strong conductivity, low energy consumption loss, good stability, and strong corrosion resistance at room temperature.
