Installation specification for flexible rubber joints
Preparation before installation
1.Checking the rubber joint : Before installation, it is necessary to carefully check whether the flexible rubber joint is intact and whether there are cracks, bubbles and other defects on the surface. At the same time, confirm whether the type and specification of the rubber joint meet the design requirements.
2.Preparing the installation foundation : Make the installation foundation according to the design drawings. Ensure that the foundation is firm and stable and will not tilt or sink during operation.
Installation procedure
1.Support fixing : Install the flexible rubber joint on the support structure to ensure the stability and load-bearing capacity of the support structure. The support structure can be steel structure, concrete structure, etc., according to the design requirements for selection and production.
2.Connecting pipeline : The flexible rubber joint is connected with the pipeline, the connection method can be flange connection, thread connection, etc., according to the design requirements. During the connection process, it is necessary to ensure the tightness and concentricity of the interface to avoid leakage or unstable operation.
Precautions for rubber joint buried protection device
1. There is sufficient space around the buried protection device of the flexible rubber joint, which must not affect the displacement performance of the rubber joint, and can isolate the rubber joint from the external fill, and can also make the pipe slide freely at both ends of the device without any resistance.
2. The installation should ensure that the rubber joint is in the center of the device, the protection device is coated with asphalt anti-rust paint → backfill the original soil, the lower part of the compaction, the upper part of the compaction → three-in-one and cushion → laying the ground recovery.
3. The standard operating procedures require a continuous mark in the appropriate location for accurate positioning when checking for replacement later.
