The sphere of double-sphere rubber joint is composed of inner adhesive layer, reinforcing layer, multi-layer scraped nylon cord fabric and outer adhesive layer.
According to the media used in different rubber materials are also different, there are natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, butyl rubber, nitrile rubber, EPDM, chloroprene rubber, silicone rubber, fluoro rubber and so on.
They are heat-resistant, acid resistant, alkali resistant, corrosion resistant, wear resistant and oil resistant.
Pressure: Rubber joints depending on diameter, can have pressure capabilities up to 15 bar with a full vacuum rating.
Movements: Rubber and metal expansion joints have similar movement capabilities in the axial plane (compression and extension). However, rubber joints are certainly able to absorb greater lateral movements when compared to metal joints that have similar face to face lengths.

Installation instructions
1. rubber soft joints in installation is strictly prohibited over displacement limit installation.
2. flat, suspended, vertical installation of rubber joints, supporting force of pipeline working pressure less than the axial displacement of the rubber joint, you should install anti pull off device, to prevent the work pressure.
3. the pipeline must have a fixed support or fixed bracket, the fixed bracket force must be greater than the axial force. Vertical installation and overhead installation products both ends need to install the corresponding fixed bracket and force support, to prevent the compression.
4. the installation bolts should be symmetrical, gradually tightened to prevent partial leakage.
5. the installation should be away from the heat source, strictly prohibit the use of products that do not meet the requirements of the media.
