Product Introduction
1. This machine is suitable for vulcanizing all kinds of rubber products. It is an advanced hot pressing equipment for pressing all kinds of thermosetting rubber.
2. There are three heating methods: electric heating, steam heating and heat transfer oil heating.
3. The oil circuit configuration is more reasonable and reliable, high efficiency and energy saving. With automatic pressure compensation and pressure relief functions. During the pressing process, the pressure drop caused by the flow of raw materials can be automatically supplemented.
4. This machine is column structure, including main machine, hydraulic station, electric controlling cabinet. Main machine is composed by base, plunger piston, platform, beam, automatic mould pushing-out device and compulsory mould opening device.
5. Under the control of PLC, this machine has the functions of fast mold clamping and mold opening, and high production efficiency.
6. The machine can be customized according to the needs of customers.
