Machine Components & Construction
The frame plate vulcanizing press consists of hot plates, plates, up and down platforms, piston stroke, hydro-cylinder, hydraulic station, and electrical control system. Optional push-pull mould devices are available for moving moulds on the machine.
Plates: Constructed from welded Q235 steel plates with mechanical ball blast rust removal, zinc-rich series paint spraying, stress relief shaking, and mechanical production.
Hot Plates: Made from 35# steel plates after normalizing treatment and double scale rolling. Equipped with electric control valves for automatic steam temperature adjustment.
Up and Down Platforms: Utilize Q235 steel plates with automatic cutting baiting, mechanical slicer production for welded grooves, and carbon dioxide gas shielded welding. All welding employs alloy welding wire with comprehensive heat treatment to eliminate welding stress.
Hydro-Cylinder & Piston Stroke: Hydro-cylinder uses ZG270-500 material while piston stroke employs hard cold chilled alloy cast iron. Sealing structure features combined double sealing ring with one dustproof ring for extended service life.
Electrical Control System: Features PLC automatic control for automatic closing, opening mould, and gas exit equipment. Includes manual control switching capability.
Quality Testing & Custom Manufacturing
Before leaving the factory, each vulcanizing press undergoes rigorous 24-hour pressure testing and pressure maintaining to verify hydro-cylinder and piston stroke bearing capacity, ensuring no oil leakage or seepage to prevent quality issues.
We specialize in designing and manufacturing all types of non-standard vulcanizing machines according to specific customer requirements.
