Frame Plate Vulcanizing Machine is custom-designed and manufactured according to customer product specifications. We require customers to supply plate size, plate daylight, piston stroke, working hydraulic pressure, and other parameters to produce specialized plate vulcanizing machines.

Frame plate vulcanizing press consists of hot plates, plates, up and down platforms, piston stroke, hydro-cylinder, hydraulic station, and electrical control system. It can be equipped with push-pull mould device to move the mould on the machine.
Hydraulic System Customization: The hydraulic cylinders apply pressure to rubber molds during vulcanization. Customization includes selecting appropriate cylinder size and stroke length based on clamping force requirements and product dimensions. Temperature control mechanisms can be incorporated with heating elements, cooling systems, temperature sensors, and safety features to maintain precise curing temperatures.
Before leaving the factory, each vulcanizing press undergoes a rigorous 24-hour pressure test and pressure maintenance test to verify hydro-cylinder and piston stroke bearing capacity, ensuring no oil leakage or seepage to prevent quality issues.
We design and manufacture all types of non-standard vulcanizing machines according to specific customer requirements.
