The Air Spring Vulcanizing Machine is a specialized rubber molding system featuring high temperature, high pressure operation with precise temperature control. This industrial equipment is specifically engineered to heat, press, and vulcanize unvulcanized rubber together with reinforcing materials such as steel wire and cord fabric into finished air springs.
Core Function
Converts raw rubber materials into finished air springs with superior strength, high elasticity, and excellent aging resistance through the rubber vulcanization (cross-linking) process.
Working Process
Loading: Place semi-finished air spring components (rubber bladders, cord layers, metal parts) into the mold.
Mold Closing + Pressurization: Hydraulic system drives the upper mold downward to apply stable high pressure, ensuring tight mold contact, bubble removal, and compact structure formation.
Heating + Vulcanization: Built-in heating plates (electric/steam) raise temperature to 140-180°C, initiating cross-linking that transforms raw rubber into tough, elastic vulcanized rubber.
Holding Pressure & Temperature: Maintain specified conditions for complete, uniform vulcanization according to process requirements.
Mold Opening + Product Ejection: Open mold and remove finished air spring after vulcanization cycle completion.
