Product Specifications
The conveyor belt vulcanizing unit is suitable for vulcanizing ordinary rubber conveyor belts, nylon conveyor belts, PVG conveyor belts, wire rope conveyor belts and other fabric core parallel tapes. The main machine features a frame structure with hot plates and plungers made of high-quality materials that are precisely processed, resistant to wear and corrosion, easy to maintain, and provide stable working pressure that is easy to adjust.
Using PLC control, the vulcanization process can realize multi-program automatic control and automatically detect and adjust the temperature of the hot plate. This improves the control level of the conveyor belt vulcanization unit, reduces labor intensity, and increases production efficiency.
The conveyor belt is designed to withstand the high temperatures and pressures involved in the vulcanization process. It is made of heat-resistant materials that can handle repeated exposure to elevated temperatures without degradation.
