Frame Plate Vulcanizing Machine is custom-designed and manufactured according to customer product specifications. We require customers to supply plate size, plate daylight, piston stroke, working hydraulic pressure, and other parameters to produce specialized plate vulcanizing machines.
Frame plate vulcanizing press consists of hot plates, plates, up and down platforms, piston stroke, hydro-cylinder, hydraulic station, and electrical control system. Can be equipped with push-pull mould device for mould movement.
Before leaving factory, each vulcanizing press undergoes 24 hours of pressure testing and pressure maintaining to test hydro-cylinder and piston stroke bearing capacity, ensuring no oil leakage or seeping to prevent quality issues.
We design and manufacture all kinds of non-standard vulcanizing machines according to specific customer requirements.
