Product Applications
The conveyor belt vulcanizing unit is suitable for vulcanizing ordinary rubber conveyor belts, nylon conveyor belts, PVG conveyor belts, wire rope conveyor belts, and other fabric core parallel tapes. The main machine features a frame structure with hot plates and plungers made of high-quality materials. These components are precisely processed to resist wear and corrosion, are easy to maintain, provide stable working pressure, and are simple to adjust.
Using PLC control, the vulcanization process can achieve multi-program automatic control and automatically detect and adjust hot plate temperature. This improves the control level of the conveyor belt vulcanization unit, reduces labor intensity, and enhances production efficiency.
