The 2 Roll Rubber Mixing Machine is engineered for blending and mixing rubber compounds, including raw rubber, additives, fillers, and other ingredients. Rubber material is fed into the nip between two rolls where shearing and compression action promotes dispersion of additives and ensures uniform distribution throughout the mixture.
Main components include roller, frame, bottom plate, distance adjustment device, transmission system, roller temperature adjustment device, safety device, and lubrication system.
Construction Features: Rollers are manufactured from alloy chilled cast iron with high hardness working surfaces for exceptional wear resistance and durability. Internal roller cavities accommodate steam, cooling water, or heat transfer oil to precisely control working temperatures according to process requirements.
Adjustment Systems: Roll gap adjustment available in manual or electric configurations. Roller bearing bodies support both dry oil and thin oil lubrication systems.
