This machine is suitable for mixing and internal mixing of plastics, rubber, plastics and other chemical industrial raw materials. It can mix all kinds of liquid, solid and powder raw materials together, which is convenient for rubber mixing in the next process.
Double blades with special spiral angle, proper clearance & high cooling effect gives excellent dispersion which can not be obtained from an open mill. Its production is 4 to 5 times more than an ordinary mixing mill thus saving on labor and electricity.
The Kneader has a common bed plate for all parts and not require foundation.
Mixing chamber can be tilted down for 140 degrees, which enables easy cleaning, because of this, different coloured compounds can be made without trouble.

Every parts pass strict quality inspection before storage.
All the products overload trial running before shipment, such as Plate Vulcanizing Press, to test pressure for 24 hours under 1.25 times the rated working pressure. Rubber Mixing Mill, rubber mixing 20 minutes under 1.1 times amount of the rated mixing rubber etc.
The whole body of all products are with free technical support.
The warranty period of 3 years for main parts, wearing parts for 1 year warranty.
The products issues quality problems in the use process, first of all, our sales staff and engineers through the Internet or telephone guidance service, if not solve we will find a local agent or factory's engineer to door repair for the first time! 3. Are you able to give installation and commissioning overseas? How long time will it take?
Yes, we can supply overseas service and technical support but customer needs to pay for the cost of the installation. Small machine usually takes within 2~3 days. Big production line usually takes about 30 days.
