Structure Description
Composed of press plate, up and down platform, piston stroke, hydro-cylinder, hydraulic station and pillar column
Hot plates made from 35# steel plates after normalizing treatment with double scale rolling
Up and down platforms use Q235 steel plates with precision manufacturing including automatic cutting, mechanical slicing, CO₂ gas shielded welding, and heat treatment
Cylinder material is QT500-7 with HT200 piston; alternative materials available upon request
Sealing structure uses combined double sealing ring and dustproof ring for extended service life
Assembled oil pump provides power source with hydraulic oil control for piston movement
Electrical control system offers automatic and semi-automatic operation with manual override capability
