The Column-type Flat Plate Vulcanizing Machine, also known as Plate Curing Press or Plate Vulcanizing Machine, is a high-performance industrial press designed for rubber product manufacturing.
Product Description
1. Composed of press plate, up and down platform, piston stroke, hydro-cylinder, hydraulic station and pillar column
2. Hot plates made from 35# steel plates after normalizing handling with double scale rolling
3. Up and down platforms use Q235 steel plates with precision manufacturing including automatic cutting, mechanical slicing, and carbon dioxide gas shielded welding
4. Cylinder material is QT500-7 with HT200 for piston; alternative materials available including ZG270-500 and cold hard chilled alloy cast iron
5. Sealing structure uses combined double sealing ring and one dustproof ring for extended service life
6. Assembled oil pump provides power source, supplying working oil through controlling valve
7. Electrical controlling system offers both automatic and semi-automatic control modes with manual override capability
