The rubber vulcanizer is used for vulcanizing all kinds of rubber and plastic mould products, and non-mould products. Being frame type, the machine differs from column type designs, allowing installation of larger diameter hydraulic cylinders with reduced quantity, featuring simple structure and minimal maintenance. The frame can bear more stress and offers competitive pricing, nice surface finish, and easy operation.
Complete control system including wiring, cables, and safety protection devices. Uses automatic time relay to achieve automatic close mold, exhaust, stuffy, vulcanization time, supplement pressure, and open mold processes. Easy switching between automatic and manual control modes.
Push-pull device: Available in hydraulic type or mechanical type options
Up and down platform: Made from Q235 steel plates. Manufactured with automatic cutting baiting, mechanical slicer producing welded groove, and carbon dioxide gas shielded welding for precision.
Frame plates are constructed with welded Q235 steel plates, 40mm thickness. Processed through mechanical ball blast rust removal, spraying zinc rich series paint, stress removal, and mechanical production.
