Introduction to the Functions of This Machine:

1. The main machine cylinders adopt an upward-pressing design, with multiple sets of cylinders evenly distributed on the top of the main machine to ensure stable and uniform mold clamping force.
2. The hot plate structure is designed with upper and lower hot plates, supporting multi-station alternating operations. It enables simultaneous vulcanization and loading, significantly improving production efficiency.
3. The machine is equipped with fully automated functions such as automatic lifting, automatic lowering, automatic pressure compensation, automatic exhaust, digital display timing for vulcanization time, and automatic mold opening, reducing the intensity of manual operations.
4. The mold surface is treated with Teflon coating, which has the following characteristics:
   • Non-stickiness: Almost all substances do not adhere to the Teflon coating. Even a very thin film exhibits excellent non-adhesive performance, facilitating product demolding.
   • Heat resistance: It has excellent heat and low-temperature resistance. It can withstand high temperatures of 300℃ for a short time, be used continuously in the range of 240-260℃, and will not become brittle in low-temperature environments or melt at high temperatures.
   • Slidability: It has a low friction coefficient, with little change in the friction coefficient during load sliding (ranging only from 0.05 to 0.15), reducing frictional damage between products and the mold.
   • Moisture resistance: The surface does not absorb water or oil, making it less likely to get stained during production. A small amount of dirt can be easily removed by simple wiping, shortening downtime for cleaning and improving work efficiency.
   • Wear resistance: It has excellent wear resistance and non-adhesiveness under high-load conditions, extending the service life of the mold.
