Operation & Maintenance
Gearbox requires hypoid gear oil injection. Main bearings use calcium-based grease lubrication. Oil should be replaced after three months of operation, then annually thereafter.
Blades require grinding after processing 3,000 tons of waste rubber. Blade service life is typically 5-6 years. Edge hardness layer patching material included with machine delivery.
Equipment is painted before delivery and wrapped with stretch film to protect surface finish. Wooden packaging available upon request. Key components including electronic control boxes are shock-proof packaged in wooden cases.
