Product Overview
Our rubber extruder equipment is widely used in rubber machinery for extruding tread, inner tube, rubber tube, and various rubber strips. The equipment operates efficiently by stirring, mixing, and plasticizing rubber with the help of the screw extruder, then moving it toward the machine head where the product is extruded from the die head.
This rubber extruder is also suitable for producing rubber seals. The exhaust rubber extruder can be equipped with a vacuum pump to eliminate bubbles during production, making it ideal for styrofoam strips. The Pin rubber extruder is designed for extrusion hoses, featuring multiple rows of pin barrel screws that provide sufficient pressure ratio for superior product quality and appearance.
